Our menu centers on customizable, generously portioned bowls. Start with our Signature Poke Bowls, piled high with sushi rice, mixed greens, edamame, sweet corn, marinated wakame, avocado, and your choice of premium proteins like sashimi-grade salmon, ahi tuna, crispy tempura shrimp, or crab salad — all finished with our house-made poke dressing.
Craving something Vietnamese? Our AnNam Vermicelli Bowls and Rice Bowls feature grilled marinated chicken, pork, garlic butter shrimp, or our signature shaking beef, served over rice vermicelli or jasmine rice with fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, roasted peanuts, and crispy shallots.
